Board of Commissioners

Gary Anderson, Director of the Town of Manchester's Planning & Economic Development Department will be sharing about the current ARPA-funded grant programs. He will also be introducing a new member of his department, the Town of Manchester Economic Development Specialist,  Cece Ndlovu.

The District's Board meetings are open to the public. District Members are encouraged to attend. Attending these monthly meetings is a great way to stay informed and to let your voice be heard. 

Meetings are held in the WORK_SPACE building at 903 Main Street.
