Bright Banners & Art Benches Line Main Street

Have you noticed the colorful orange and purple banners lining Downtown Main Street? This year a record number of businesses stepped up to sponsor banners. These colorful banners feature a celebratory theme as Manchester prepares to celebrate 200 years in 2023!

We are thankful to our business partners that sponsor a banner. The funds not only provided the banners, but also will help to support downtown events such as our 2nd Saturdays Downtown, all summer long!

The next time you are downtown, look up and enjoy the banners...and be sure to check out the newly renovated Art Benches organized by Imagine Main Street! Last year local artists painted the bench backs and the Town's Public Works crews placed them on recently repaired bench frames. There are currently four new benches on Main Street. Can you spot them?
