    The Downtown Manchester Special Services District (DMSSD) is a formal cooperation amongst property owners and business owners within a defined boundary. The District was founded to support the economic vitality of Downtown Manchester and is funded by a special property tax, our parking program, and generous sponsors.  Downtown Members are our property owners and businesses that operate Downtown.  Learn more about the DMSSD on our About section.

     The Downtown Board Meetings are open to the public and all constituents are encouraged to attend. 

    Attending meetings is a great way to stay informed about what is happening Downtown and to let your voice be heard. The Commissioners welcome volunteers to serve on various committees such as the Parking &  Maintenance Committee, Marketing & Beautification Committee, and the Planning Committee. 

    There are also opportunities to sponsor, support, and volunteer at downtown events.
