We stopped in for lunch, never having had Jamaican cuisine before. However, we'd read some reviews prior to arriving and were expecting exceptional food. We were not disappointed! First, this lovely dining spot is beautifully appointed. The atmosphere is serene and classy, and the hospitality is warm, inviting, and absolutely genuine. Lovely tablecloths. Beautiful china. Immaculate restrooms. We ordered the Bam Bam Shrimp with Miss Pinny Reggae Sauce as an appetizer. Fantastic! Then we each tried the Oxtail entree everybody keeps raving about, and it was every bit as good as we'd read online. Even now, thinking back on this exceptional dining experience, I'm thinking about the sheer depth and beefy flavor coaxed from that humble Oxtail. What a memorable meal! Highly, highly recommended.
