Loose leaf tea shops are tragically few and far between in the U.S, so Perennial feels like a gift. The staff are friendly and helpful and ready to guide you on their excellent selection of caffeinated and herbal teas (e.g. holy basil & sticky rice puerh for you teaheads). This is an excellent place to buy gifts for any health and wellness-focused person in your life. There's even a little pot of tea with cups so you can sample the tea of the day for free. At the back of the store is a beautifully decorated gaming/meeting room where you're free to roam and check out the many books. An underrated gem. ✨
