Perfect. I have a home-built computer that was giving random blue screens. Maybe I could have figured it out eventually, but since these guys are close to my work I just brought it into them. They diagnosed the problem (bad RAM) and replaced it within 48 hours. There was a small diagnostic fee and then the price of the replacement RAM, but still very reasonable. Like I said: perfect.
