One program could not be replaced on my computer. The hardrive was 8 years old and I was nervous it was going to fail. Don told me he could clone the drive to a solid state drive. I brought the computer in on a Thurs. afternoon and had it back before lunch Fri. All is working great no loss of data. Very friendly and very reasonable pricing. Thanks for doing a great job Don.
