Don & Steve went above & beyond to make sure my point of sale unit was ready to go by opening day (and I didn’t give them a lot of time!) They both worked over-time to resolve my POS issue, gave me solid advice and never gave up! They made sure I was happy & went over the system until I had a working knowledge of it. They even came out to my shop to make sure it all worked & I knew what to do. I can’t say enough how happy I am with their customer service (never mind their knowledge) and I feel that they truly cared about me & my business. These are the ONLY “computer guys” I’ll be using for any future concerns! Thank you again guys!
