Joseph Datta is a property owner and the owner of Forest Wine & Liquor. Joe has been doing business in Manchester for almost 20 year. Joe calls Manchester his home, along with his wife and two beautiful daughters, and is a parishioner and volunteer at Saint Teresa of Calcutta parish (St. Bridget Church).
Joe looks forward to serving his downtown neighbors a a commissioner.
