| DOWNTOWN MANCHESTER PARKING REGULATIONS | ||
| The Downtown Manchester Special Services District (DMSSD) functions as the parking authority for the Downtown. It manages and maintains eight municipal parking lots within the Downtown encompassing over 800 parking spaces. These lots provide free parking for customers and fee-based, permitted parking for Downtown employees and Downtown residents. | PORTABLE SIGN GUIDELINES FOR THE DOWNTOWN MANCHESTER CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT | ||
| The Town of Manchester Zoning Regulations has specific requirements pertaining to “portable signs”. Portable signs, commonly referred to as “a-frame” signs, are defined as free-standing signs not permanently anchored, attached or secured to the ground.
